Return Policy

• All returns MUST be accompanied by a valid sales receipt, be made within 60 days from date of purchase, and be in original package in new and resalable condition.
• All clothing must have original sales tag on garment.
• Used merchandise may not be returned
• All sales of gasoline powered equipment are final and are not returnable for cash or credit.
• All warranty/service claims will be processed according to the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
• Allow ten (10) business days for purchases made by check before cash returns are allowed
• Returns purchased by credit card must be applied to the same card.
• All purchases made with gift card will be credited to a gift card
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or credit
• Special order items cancelled or returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• All internet returns must be processed through our website www.townandcountrystores.com
• All manufacturing return policies supersede Town & Country’s return policy

• 48 hour warranty on live animals

• “Live” trees & shrubs have a one season (90 days) warranty with receipt & tags (example-bought 4/10 warranty good through 7/10)

No returns on heaters, stoves, mowers, generators, power washers & seasonal items in nature
